Terry trial resumes

Chelsea skipper John Terry has said that he was "very angry and upset" when he came to know that Anton Ferdinand has accused him for racism.

England defender began giving evidence on Tuesday afternoon after his defense team lost their application to have the case dismissed. 31 years old Terry has been accused for maliciously calling the Queens Park Rangers centre-half a "f****** black c***" during a match held at Loftus Road on October 23 2011.

In an interview given yesterday, Terry said he was "very angry and upset" when he thought the alleged victim accused him of racism.

Referring to the video footage played in the court, Terry said his demeanor changed and he sarcastically repeated "black c***" before angrily calling Ferdinand a "f****** knobhead" for leveling the accusation.
